Can I order something personalized without a full custom order?
Yes — on any eligible item, just check the "Add Your Personalization" box on the product page before adding it to your cart. You can add up to 5 characters.
How long will my order take?
Every item is handmade to order, just for you. Small pieces usually ship the same day; anything larger can take up to two weeks, depending on how busy the workshop is.
Can you brand game ball wallets with my team's logo?
If you send us a ball that already has your team's logo on it, we can craft your item from that leather. By law, we're not allowed to add a team's logo to our products without permission.
Can you make goods with the balls I send?

What leather do you use?
Our go-to is American vegetable-tanned leather from one of the oldest and most trusted tanneries in the U.S. — firm, rich, and only gets better with age. We also use premium full-grain chrome-tanned leathers that are oily, waxy, and built to last, plus genuine Horween leather for our football and basketball goods. For custom work, we'll source just about anything — Chromexcel, Kangaroo, Shell Cordovan, exotics and beyond.
How do I care for my leather goods?
Leather is remarkably low-maintenance. If it gets wet, just let it air dry naturally — never force it with heat. Keep it out of direct sunlight for long stretches, and every so often, treat it to a quality leather conditioner to keep it nourished. Most importantly, don't be afraid to use it every day. The natural oils from your hands are what give leather its rich patina and character over time.
