Lifetime Guarantee
  |  Our products are made with care, skill, and top quality materials; which if taken care of properly, will last a lifetime. Our guarantee does not cover our products being used as dog chew toys, boat anchors, ironing boards, or cooking utensils... UNLESS we crafted a custom for those specific purposes. If you have an issue please read below about exchanges and refunds. 

 

Shipping and Processing  |  All products and projects will be made to order upon receiving payment. If we do have your exact product in stock, we will ship it as soon as possible. Each product is hand crafted with skill and care. Quality takes time, so please be patient as you receive your items. Free USPS priority mail is included with your order and typically takes 1-3 business days within the contiguous 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska typically take 2-5 business days. If you would like to purchase an item and have it shipped outside the U.S,  send us an email and we would be happy to help you!

Exchanges for Defects  |   If the product you receive has a defect, we will exchange the item for a new one as long as there is valid proof of purchase, valid proof of defect, and the item is in original condition. Send us an email with as much information about the item and defect as possible, and we will give you instruction on where to ship your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once we have received and inspected your item, we will send you an email with our decision for the exchange. If all three requirements are approved, we will send you an email of the approval and ship the new item as soon as possible. If the item is not approved we will notify you via email, do our best to fix the issue, and then ship the item back to you. 

 

 

Refunds  |  For stock products you have 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us that you would like to make a return. The product must be in original packaging, have valid proof of purchase, and be in original condition. Send us an email and we will give you instruction on where to ship your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once we have received and inspected your item, we will send you an email with our decision for the refund. Once the refund is issued please allow 3-5 business days for it to show up in your account. For custom work, we work hand in hand with you to bring your custom wood and leather projects to life. That being said, all custom orders are final. If a specification is materially different than that which we agreed on, we will absolutely do everything we can to fix the mistake; remaking the project if necessary.
